Minor binutils upgrade - backport 4 upstream patches. Here is the list of backport githashes. 1. String constant pool fix - 1c582fe71858efabae951c5f3ed7dccfb23fb86e 2. Support for nested inclusion CL - 410da591ba7814912e11be826b20dfba9abed9f7 3. Add 'TAG_CPU_ARCH_V8' to gold AArch32 backend, so gold supports AArch32 binaries for ArmV8. 2449132744a7081d1c8619da45cc9870d9c98fb3 4.
